“Painting by the numbers” Project

We have in front of a complex drawing to be colored, divided into numerous areas marked by numbers indicating the color to be used to fill them.

We can deal with the design proceeding with one color at a time, filling all the areas marked with the same number. When we have completed all the numbers, we will have the entire colored figure, but only at that point, will we see the first significant result. Or we can select a “pilot” area of ​​the drawing and fill in all the different numbers of that area using the different colors. In this way, we will obtain, in shorter times, a part of the painting completed in its entirety, «Quick Win», and we will have started to become familiar with the painting itself «Capability Improvement».
